Whatever happened to putting the customer first?
As they say, you get what you pay for. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Lady Janes lost a long time customer today. There are over 10 places in a 3 mile radius from my home to get a haircut and I've gone to this location for the past few years by choice, not obligation. I arrived a few minutes prior to opening so I could be the first in and out. Fortunately, I was the first in but unfortunately, no one was ready to cut my hair. I was asked to have a seat which I did for ten minutes until finally after listening to Kristi blather on and on to one of her colleagues about something non-work related, I left.
