Had an all day appointment for a Japanese straight perm and the results are amazing. Worth the price. Week later and after washing my hair is still strait and smooth. Coming back soon for an ends trim

I have been going here for years for a straight perm and every time they do an amazing job. Alan and Emily give each customer special attention and always do a wonderful job as well as the rest of their staff! I would highly recommend!

This place has the worst service ever. We called in one day ahead to make an appointment for 2 people's hair cut, but when we got there they only made it available for 1, so one of us had to wait for one and half hour to get a haircut, and that is not EVEN the worst part. I saw two people walk in with no appointments get sit and hair cut before us during the one and half hour we were waiting there. What the hell is going on?! We complained and they just ignore it and don't care about it. There were 3 people waiting with us who made appointment at 5 pm, when we left, it's 6:30 and they're still waiting, good luck to them...... I will never go back to this place, it's terrible!

Great salon. Alan has been trained all over the world. He has cut my hair for many years. They also offer perms and hair coloring. The salon is known throughout the Midwest for Japanese hair straightening. It's a very friendly place.

Their appointment system is like a joke. I went their twice and waited for more than an hour both times even though I had made appointments. No proper greetings at all. And the hair cut was not even that good. If you insist to go, avoid weekends and do not expect professional and focused service.
