I called Phia salon last minute hoping they would have an appointment, and they did. I was greeted with hot tea for a cold October day. Kelli my stylist, greeted me and I showed her a video clip of what I was looking for in my cut. I have long hair and wanted to get a pixie cut. We discussed what I wanted to do with the cut and my long hair. She offered several additional bonuses, I chose the scalp and shoulder massage. The cut went well and she stopped several times to consult with me about my cut and differences between what would look better on me and the video clip. She styled my hair and took some pictures of my new look. I was very happy with the whole experience and would recommend the salon and Kelli to everyone.

This was my 1st visit to Phia Salon and I will definitely be back! The experience was great and my stylist Maria was awesome. I was hesitant about going to a new salon and I wanted quite a change in hairstyle with alot of length taken off. Maria asked me for a picture before my appointment and definitely delivered. I LOVE the cut, had hardly any wait time and an overall fantastic experience. The atmosphere was very casual and laid back and the prices were affordable. I would highly recommend this salon.

I am so happy that I started coming to Phia. I live in Lancaster so it's not geographically convenient but it is well worth the drive.from the minute I step through the doors I am pampered! My stylist , Jonell, is absolutely the best. She genuinely cares about making me happy with my hair and spends lots of time learning what I like and don't like. I love my hair cut and color and yesterday I got a compliment from a friend who rarely compliments! Thank you, Jonell, and the whole Phia staff!

It was a positive experience. I met with a stylist that was a better fit for me and she gave me great advice on some products to use. She also thinned out my hair in specific areas to help me get more volume and fixed a bang issue I was having. Now I can go to work and I don't have to swipe my hair back every six seconds. Everyone loves my short hair and I've had nothing but compliments since I got it cut.

My stylist is Ryann and we have been meeting since July '15. I love her personality and we gel together well. She's very attentive to my suggestions and very accommodating. When asked if there was any changes I'd like to see in my look, she has made style and product recommendations that not only yielded positive results but have exceeded expectations. My hair has never felt or looked so healthy in years. With that being said and my last hair cut, I had to post on my Facebook page how wonderful my hair looked and had been styled and usually I'm not that vain. The price on service is appropriate for the courteous and exceptional service you will receive. The product prices are sometimes tough to swallow, however, they work! In the end, it's a small price to pay for amazing you look and how happy you are with the results.
