This review is on Joe Camp/Smith at Salon Lofts in German Village. I needed a cut and color. My hair color is Strawberry Blonde, I just needed the color enhanced and the gray covered. I showed him a picture of a reddish/blonde color that I wanted, what I got was a brown color that is no where near the color I asked for. He was distracted with other things and I was not his focus. My appointment was at 6:30 and I was not seated until after 7pm. I told him that the color was too dark and not what I wanted. When I sent him a testimonial, he bashed me, called me names, said I bullied him. , he sent me a text calling me trash and advising that he was blocking me and not allowing me to post my testimony. He bashed me for not speaking up when I was in his loft, I advised him that It was too dark and not really what I wanted but it was ok. I didn't want to wait any longer than I had. His loft was messy, he didn't clean up any of the hair from his previous customers and used a towel that had already been out and used from previous customers.

Drove 45 minutes from out of town, to get My Sons hair cut for Prom!! Heard so many great things about Mariah and she did not disappoint! His cut was perfect! She was the sweetest stylist and she is clearly so talented!!

Have gotten MANY compliments on my curly cut by Mariah! She is always friendly and accommodating. And her rates are unbelievable for a good curly cut. Highly recommend!!!

This was such a great and fun experience. Joe Camp did my hair and he was one of the most fun people of all time. I was very comfortable the entire time and he did my hair the exact way I envisioned it. I would highly recommend Joe and this salon!

Tori is the BEST in town for a men’s cut. She has plenty of openings that fit your schedule. Her studio is clean and makes you feel like you’re about to get the best cut of your life. She makes you look good and feel good with consistency each time. I’ll never go to anybody else.
