I Always get a good short hair cut

I moved to Columbus 7 months ago, and have struggled to find a stylist that meets my needs. I have gone to a couple of those "high end" salons, all of which have their own agendas and don't listen to what I want, or look at the pictures I show them. So, I walked into Great Clips this morning, with no expectation. Justine greeted me and proceeded to sit me down and ask me what I wanted. After the 5 minute consultation, she told me she was on the same wave length and she was going to give me the perfect cut. She asked me if I trusted her. I said, "no". But, I was willing to let her try. Well my friends, she did an amazing job. Best cut I've had since I left Cincinnati. Justine is the boom! This girl knows her stuff. Thank you Justine, you made my day, week and probably month. See you in 4 weeks!

Call ahead reservations are great as long as you know about that service before hand.

I wish I could leave the stars blank. I didn't even make it to a chair to get my ends trimmed. I was about to check in with the receptionist when a stylist shouted "we don't do extensions!" I was shocked. I am natural and so were the other 2 women with me. Great clips lost the business of 3 customers Friday. She never knew what we needed or the type of services we wanted. It was rude, unprofessional and assumptions should not be made based on the color of someone's skin. Will never visit great clips again.
