My first time visiting the Stringtown location, Leslie cut my hair. One of the best haircuts I have had! She was very polite and was able to hold a constructive conversation while doing so. I will absolutely make sure she is working for my next visit!

I think this specific Great Clips has been the best one that I've been to in Columbus. I've been to quite a few different ones. But everyone here were very nice. My kids were getting thier cut & they both really needed it. So both stylist did really good & they both talked to my kids & really engaged with each of them. We will continue to drive up to this specific store!

This was the first time I got the guy there. He was more on the serious side and not talkative at all and asked very little on what I wanted with my cut unlike the girls who cut my hair who asks lots of questions and give me their input on style. By the end of the cut he blowed dried and put some very sticky product in my hair and I left feeling dissatisfied and upset. My hair is naturally curly/frizz and I never blow dry nor do I put product in my hair unless it's something to smooth it. I felt like he had no interest on how I like my haircut and it has taken me a couple of days to get use to the cut he gave me. It's not terrible but it's not how I like it.

I stopped in to ask about a partnership with them and LA FITNESS and I've never met a staff that was so unhelpful. Not smiling, uninformative, and unwilling to help. Update: I was sent a response to my review and given a number to call, which I did. I explained the situation and was told that the owner would call. That was days ago still no call. I guess they don't want to have access to potential new customers. It's ok. I know I'll never get my hair cut there because I have a great barber but that doesn't mean that others shouldn't go.

Reasonable price amongst other salons. Great bargain during sales. Get a coupon on your receipt. A big plus. The only negative, they changeover rate of beauticians makes it hard to develop social rapport.
