Went to Powell ohio location for a haircut. Theresa the stylist was very rude and short from the beginning. Asked if I wanted VIP and said yes. Then she asked how I want my hair to be cut. I explained there should be a printout on description based on my previous visits. She repeated the request and I stated to tapped and not take it too high. She says smartly that u can't tapped since its a 0 with clipper. I saif fine whatever so as its not squared. She started with clippers and took the cut way too high. I stated it was too high and she didn't respond. She continued the cut and tried to blend the hair. She won't speak a word and just pull my head up and start cutting my top from my back. Keep in mind the hair would fall on my face so I looked down a lil bit bit she pull my head back again without a word. She also scrapped my head with short clippers extremely harder then any barber I ever had. Then ask if everything looks good. I explained I need to see first. I took a look and ask her what she thought about a spot that wasn't blended right. She asked smartly that I'm shampooing correct? From this moment I'm irate and responded I didn't have to. She says thats fine. That's when I decided I didnt want the VIP anymore. She sense I was upset and started to ask questions in a monotone manner. Asked if theres any product and services I wanted. I declined. No greetings while I sat nor leaving. She seems like she hated her job and took it out on me. This is the last time I will ever busy this location. Theresa should look for another job if she hates it that much.
