Teenage daughter had facial scheduled . Unfortunately staff had to cancel due to illness last minute. Karen the manager was kind and helpful to make accommodations .

This is one of the worst hair salons I have ever been to. I walked in there asking for a single color and a simple haircut, and they somehow messed up spectacularly. I knew it was going to be terrible when I went to sat down and I showed the stylist the cut I wanted, and she asked me "Are you really sure you want bangs"? Like, I wouldn't have showed you it if not? Then, she goes to bleach my hair, and, she doesn't even know how to mix to bleach! Like, this is her job, and she doesn't even know how to do it? So, she smothers this bleach on my head, and decides that the part of my hair where my previous dye faded didn't need to be bleached. So, she rinses out the bleach and then she goes to color it. She brings out this super, almost colorless, light purple. If you know anything about coloring hair, you know you don't do that. You start with a darker color. Well, she didn't, and she puts it on and literally misses big chunks. After she rinsed my hair out I could see she was panicking. I mean, she definitely didn't seem like she knew what she was doing before, but she was full blown panicking now. She had to go ask the other stylist, who was in the middle of working, for help like 10 times. Eventually, she put another color entirely on it, and didn't even spread it out that well. Now it was time for the haircut. I had showed her what I wanted, I don't think she understood it. It took me finally telling her to push my hair to the front for her to actually do that. Another girl in there was being scolded by the person she was working on. Her reply? "Sorry, I don't know how to do this, this is my first job". I've had better experiences at Great Clips, and speaking of that, this salon is out there acting like it's high class. I mean, I guess they have half of that right. Their prices are "high class". I mean, at least Great Clips admits they aren't good, while this place puts bad workers under the disguise of somewhere great. I don't think anyone in their knew what they were doing. TL;DR: No one in there knew what they were doing. They messed up on every little thing and couldn't even hide that they didn't know how to do hair. I've had better experiences at Great Clips.

I have been a client of Michael David Salon for several years now, and I love them! I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone other than Lindsay Cole! Super friendly staff and the salon is always spotless. I am a client for life!
