I have been going to Tony for 10 years now, both in Short North and UA. He always takes time to help me look and feel great with my hair and does a great job with highlights and cuts. Highly recommend him!

I see Olivia for my hair and can't imagine finding anyone better! Blonde isn't easy to achieve, and she nails it every time effortlessly. She's extremely good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone. She also has the sweetest, most fun personality. I always have a good time and leave with fabulous hair. Thanks, Olivia!

My wife had an appointment @ 5:30 yesterday and she called ahead and told the front desk person that we'd be a few minutes late. So I drove through the worse traffic like a maniac with our 2 y/o son in the back seat to get there as soon as we could and got there @ 5:45. Anyway, to make a long story short, the people there were rude and didn't admit her. I don't know if these folks think that people who go there are illiterate and can't write a review on Google or what, but we are very disappointed with their service, or the lack of it. The last time I checked, this is still the US of A and customer is ALWAYS right, or we are turning into a 3rd world country. Once again - I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at The Max was nothing short of incredible. This salon has a wonderful atmosphere, it's relaxed but you can certainly tell that everyone is a true professional and working to give you the best hair possible. I had the pleasure of getting a body-wave perm with Kiara. Kiara was very informative throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had. I left this salon happier than I have left any salon before and I WILL be coming back. If you're thinking about going to a Charles Penzone salon in the Columbus area look no further than Kiara at The Max!
