Prices are fair. You can check wait time online. You can call and see if your favorite stylist is working that day. I always get my haircut here, and I'm always happy with it! I've had several different people, and they have all been very friendly and have done excellent work. The conversation is never forced or awkward. They keep track of what style you got last time, so you don't have to remember clipper sizes.

Came here and was treated very poorly because of the length of my hair. If you have long hair and are looking for customer service this not the place for you. Was told a wash and style would be 65.00! Never felt so unwelcomed in my life.

I saw a coupon for $7.99 and thought I'd just go get my hair evened up and shaped. Never did I expect to get the best haircut I've gotten since I moved here 9 years ago! Carli did an amazing job. She worked quickly, but thoroughly. Many hairdressers elsewhere are so busy talking that they don't do a good job! Thanks Carli!

I checked in online at 5:15, said 45 min wait give or take, cool, I needed to finish work and get over there. Get there, there's a list of 8 people who've checked in online, none are there yet, inform the purple about my apt. now I'm checked in at the location. Lady says we will be with you shortly, I say thanks, a few purple walk in and check in, then a few more. Everyone that just checked in is on the list above me, two big huge families, I need a simple haircut, and I need it to be quick. It was 5:40 when I walked in, and almost 6 when I walked out. If you run a business like this, where you check in online to be first, then it ONLY makes sense that those who show up for their apts first get to be first, not consistently pushed back. Thanks to an inadequate system, I could not get a haircut when I needed one and was then late anyway to a date.
