Very Poor experience. We waited 40 minutes despite having reserved our spot earlier and checking in on time. Staff was very abrupt with us. It seemed more like a assembly line in-and-out than concern for a young child's first cut. Would not recommend. Staff needs to be friendly to customers and understanding of their time.

My almost 2 year old son got his second haircut here. The place is set up well and the stylist did a good job with the cut, but his experience was not good. He was really nervous and everything just happened too quickly for him. He was balling/crying and upset during the entire cut. I felt so bad for him and was unable to console him. I wish the stylist had taken a step back for a second and slowed things down for him. I think he might have done a bit better being introduced to things and if she had talked him through it a little. She seemed like she was trained to offer candy/tablet and then just get it done as fast as possible. The cut was successful, but my son just had a really bad time through it all. A big thing I wish this place had was a chair big enough for an adult. He would have done so much better if he could have sat in my lap. Again, nice place with fun colors and tablets etc. but just did not work well for my son. I’ll have to take him to a barber or salon next time.

Ms. Lisa did an amazing job with our 16 month old!! We were in and out in under 15 minutes. Our toddler cried the whole time but Lisa was so kind and sweet! Gave us a little baggy of hair for his first hair cut 💙

This place is great. My daughter is 5 and autistic and the gal that cut my daughters hair made the experience amazing. My daughter asks to come back all the time thanks for this place.
