I'm a long time customer of Ulta. I shop exclusively at Ulta for all my specialized hair products, makeup and otherwise. Since coming to Edmond from Tulsa, the OKC location has always been where I went. Last night I went to the Edmond location for the first time and had a less than pleasing experience with the staff. Unlike all other branches, the staff here was completely inattentive and simply unwilling to help. So far as to say, I actually heard one of the girls complaining loudly about customers coming in and preventing her from stocking. The computer systems were down, disallowing the use of credit or debit, which I totally understand and don't fault the store or employees for. However, as there was no personnel greeting customers as they came in or asking customers if they needed help, I was also not made aware of this until I had shopped for 35 minutes and made my selections. Not that I require a greeting, but other branches do it and it would have been a good opportunity to let me know that they can't accept anything other than cash. I never give bad reviews. So, I'll update this review as this store improves. Or doesn't.
