This place is dirty could be more of a clean environment I wouldn't recommend this shop was disappointed with my son hair twice.

Terrible customer service, don't waste your time or your money. Good haircut but not worth the wait and disrespect. There is no signs to tell you where to sign in or where to wait. So we waited for an hour in what we thought was the line. The beautician side was friendly and greeted us with smiles. But the barbers did not greet or ask what we wanted, or the typical "how may I help you". So after someone got in the chair that just walk in, I ask a barber where was the line or sign in sheet and how much longer was the wait. He laughed and said there isn't one did you say something to anyone you are suppose to say something. We should had left when he laughed at us. After another hour and a half of waiting, the hair cut is done, the hair cut was fine only reason I gave the star. But then the barber leaves to smoke a cigarette outside and doesn't wait for payment. The price posted say $12 for children 12 and under he charges me $15 and is very rude. Always heard great things about the shop and their community service. Wanted to keep our business local and support our community. But we will go some where else from now on. Was so disappointed.
