Showed up there at 4pm to get my daughters hair cut and was told no one was available. Either I was wrong and they are not open until 6pm or I was to much of a burden. Oh well I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else for my daughter.

The girl who did my hair Kaitlyn, whom I spoke with thru messanger for 2 weeks, said she was qualified had done hair color for a few years. First, I was there for 7 long hours. Next, when she turned me away from the mirror, I want you to be suprised... I sure as Hell was ! I wanted blonde highlights, thats it.. I ended up with a reddish blonde color. But amazingly that wasn't the worst that happened. She ended up FRYING my hair. She cut over 8 inches off, and it's still damaged almost a year later !! I called and called to try and get resolution, to no avail!! I pray to god this idiot has stopped doing hair all together!! I give her a ZERO...
