Have gone here for over a year, typically good cuts, average wait time. Contemplating never going back due to my last cut. Whit did not follow notes, uneven trim on top, uneven fade on sides, and my "rounded back" line almost comes to a point; top of the ears straight to the center of neck . How? Felt something was off. Did not even brush or blow dry hair leaving ME brushing all of HER clippings off, RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER.. Trusted the on hand stylist after seeing her in there for months. Never letting her near my hair again. Terrible. Going elsewhere to get it fixed

Always love going here, they treat you well, and are nice. Does a great job cutting and styling hair.

Wait time was normal compared to many other places the stylist know what they are doing and seem to love it. They try to have a genuine conversation and it's nothing that feels forced out. #MVP treatment. #Lauren5starcut #shelby5starbusy

Staff is always happy and personable. If you live in a shell and hate people you will hate this place. If you are idiotic and believe that you are the most important person in the store you will hate the place if you show up 10 minutes before close with you and your three boys well your an idiot and rude to think that service won't be rushed. After all the people who work there have lives and want to do everything they can to make your experience perfect but show up late right before close and think that the barbers there don't have regular clients as well as random walk-ins well your just naive and dumb. You may only see one person in the lobby when you walk in but clients in the back may have just sat down and for you to think a haircut and wash shouldn't take anymore than just 30 minutes well then I guess you are used to trash cuts around the corner. Funny thing is that in 5 years of getting my haircut I have never had a bad experience or cut. At the same time I have never asked a barber to break company policy and rules just for me I never show up right as the store is going to close because it's easy for me and I have never expected to be the only client the barber should care about cause I am not selfish. If you go in there with only one concern and that is to get an outstanding men's haircut that is exactly what you will get. 5 star store 5 star staff 5 star company. BTW I am not an employee and never have been I just hate seeing all the trash talk in a review section because some selfish A-hole didn't get his special little way.

Brought my husband and son to get their hair cut here. The ladies here we're super helpful and sweet as can be. Plenty of products to pick from. The shop was clean and well maintained.
