Recently moved to Tulsa and have been to this salon twice for a haircut. The front desk staff has always been welcoming and attentive. I had received a referral to have Aubrey cut my hair and I have been extremely pleased with it both times.I'll definitely recommend this place to friends, family, strangers, etc. It is an all around good business- clean facility, polite and professional staff, easy parking... 11 out of 10- will visit again.

This is such an amazing spa and salon! I have experienced just about all the services they offer. Abby is my favorite nail artist! She's always down to try any new color or design. She even soothed my desolate soul after Bowie died by agreeing to do an Aladdin Sane lightning bolt. It was perfect! I received a massage there as well and enjoyed it immensely! I have issues with massages because my shoulders are always quite tense but this was the best massage I've had in a while! This is a great place to go, I would highly recommend!

I booked online. After waiting 40 minutes after checking in at the front desk, I realized that the woman I had booked with was not there, didn't know of my appointment and the front desk had no idea what was going on.

My wife went twice and both times she came back frustrated by how unfriendly they were. I doubt she will give it a third chance.

I had my hair done here twice by 2 different stylists. The first visit was really bad. It was a cut and color someone at Supercuts could have done. I gave the salon a 2nd chance.. I guess I figured it was such a nice place, a different stylist was sure to be skilled. Wrong. The 2nd visit was just okay. I asked for a basic haircut, a trim with a few layers. She put one layer in my hair and didn't finish blow drying it. My hair was so frizzy when I left. The woman at the front desk wouldn't even look at me in the eye. Both times I felt very rushed, like not enough time was blocked out for the appointments. It looks like a professional salon and spa but the skill and experience of the stylists DO NOT match the prices. If I'm paying professional prices, I expect a skilled stylist, and a relaxing experience. Jara Herron Salon and Spa offered me neither. I won't be back.
