Worst Hair Salon experience! Waited for 2hrs even with having made an appt a week ago! The stylist Brittany didn't even seem to care that she had me waiting so long! Then I couldn't even get a decent shampoo! They wet my hair and slapped some conditioner on it even though they advertise a massage. ARC used to be a really nice place, I'm extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and money!! I felt like since I was only getting a trim they didnt want to mess with me. So if your going to spend more money you might get better service? Fool me once...shame on me! I will not be back! The one star is for the receptionist who at least apologized for the stylist taking so long and who at least tried to make me feel comfortable! (This is the first time that I have signed in to rate a company but I felt so strongly about the need to share how bad their customer service was so that others don't have to experience the same treatment)

1. Don’t go here. 2. Jessica was my hair stylist, I wouldn’t even give her a one star, honestly. She left a bald spots in my hair, my hair was all different lengths, in my hair. She shaved my hair, went to a different hair stylist, just because it wasn’t short enough on top. I even showed her a picture multiple times to show her HOW I WANTED IT. She messed up in sooo many ways. She also dyed my best friends hair, my friend wanted blonde hair, right? She didn’t do that, gave her highlights, didn’t even really give her blonde highlights, it just made her hair a BIT lighter than it was. I would not recommend this place. But 30$ just for a trim? No no. To much for a TRIM, with getting your hair dyed.

Went in thinking my cut would be $20 and my color would be $40. (Like it is posted on the website) Got my hair done and went to check out, the total was $100. Needless to say I won’t be back. It’s a shame my stylist was extremely nice and my hair turned out great. However, false advertisement on their website cost them my business.

I made an appointment just 1 day before. We agreed on a time and I came and was told I was late and they gave my slot away. I was 10 min early to my appointment. Clearly they put my time in wrong but then told me to come back a different day. No thanks if you cant make the appointment time right and then not honor it, why would I let you cut my hair. Customer service is lacking here
