The girls are nice. But why wont the owners let them wear shoes that are compatable with being on your feet for 10 hours a day? Why dictate shoes?

Usually I have a good experience here, so when I went to get my hair cut before Christmas I was feeling good. My hair was almost mid back and I wanted it cut to my shoulders. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and what I got was a hack job. She chopped my hair off to my chin. Nothing even close to what the picture showed. I had to have Christmas pictures taken with a haircut that is horrible.

I guess for the price this is what you get. Stylist didn't seem happy that we came in and she had to do a couple of trims that took her five minutes each
