My dearest friend had her hair "trimmed" at this salon. She requested a trim, mind you, NOT a haircut. She had approximately 3" length and wanted to have the dry ends trimmed to give more body to her already short style. She walked out of this salon with stifled tears because she was left with ONE INCH length! The stylist who did this to her obviously does not know the profound difference between a trim and a haircut. What disturbs me most is the attitude with which management handled the situation. My friend requested her $12 back, and the situation was turned around to make HER feel at fault for this! They refused to return her money. A HAIRCUT AND STYLE SALON SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT ONE'S HAIR IS THEIR CROWNING GLORY, AND A POOR CUT CAN RUIN ONE'S SPIRIT FOR MONTHS TO COME, as is the case with my dear friend. She, and I, will never set foot in this salon again, and will make darn sure that any of our friends and acquaintances will follow suit. This is not the first time we have heard these similar complaints.
