Can get busy, the online or app check in is convenient. Not sure on how clean all the brushes, combs, and trimmer attachments are since paying extra to shampoo might be questionable as the items are not cleaned in between. Some of the stylist have experience with more than on type of hair, but not many. Use for a quick easy cut.

Made the mistake of going here in a bind before my new job tomorrow morning. Lady butchered my hair and sped me out the door. Got home and looked at it. It's rough. I'm an easy going guy I don't expect much and don't care much for a "fantastic cut" but what she did to my hair has me truly embarrassed to go into work tomorrow. Save your money and have a toddler cut your hair, it'll end up better than what the lady here did.

The actual worst haircut experience of my life. My kid, who had a big head of curls, just wanted a trim to make it even. The girl said his hair was too matted (it gets matted instantly, and it's absolutely possible to detangle, but it does take effort). We compromised & asked her to keep it as long as possible, and she shaved it all off before I could stop her. There are bald spots & long spots & no shape or fade whatsoever. They didn't charge me for it, but I've already spent more than it would have cost, just trying to make it so my kid can live with it (buying a new hat, which may or may not be enough). And the stylist wasn't even nice about it. My other kid, whose hair is super easy, was also unhappy with his haircut. Just an awful experience all around.

Yes. This. Is a pattern. But is this review really necessary? "More than two years ago..." Surely this hairstylist has moved on by now- But I've been cutting each hair by the nanometer each day ever since- With regard to my recent Google reviews- What is the relevance in writing this one? I was downtrodden- Diseased- Under 5 ft tall... Highlight things with colored pencil... etc... Possibly understaffed that day- Okay it was 2012- Guy has to stop cutting my hair to answer the phone- He has the chair cranked up so he can properly reach the hair- So. Wait what company am I reviewing oh right Great Clips- "I don't think this is gonna work out- You keep hopping out of the chair..." TO CHECK MY HAIRCUT WHILE YOU'RE ON THE PHONE Hopping out of the chair at 4'11" after you jacked it up so I can't reach the ground- I believe it was a look of DISSATISFACTION on my face that caused this guy to condescend to me like I'm a 6 year old kid HOPPING out of the chair! Oh there's a pattern-
