Went to take my 1 year old son for a haircut. The lady did not seem to be too thrilled of our arrival. A gentlemen left and she didn’t let us go until he came back and got a haircut. THEN... a lady made an appointment online AFTER we signed in and the lady said she is ahead of us. She sarcastically apologized. We left and got AMAZING service at Sports Clips.

Been the "go to" place for roughly7 of 9 years I've lived here. Always happy (reviewed some years back positively) but tonight? Total bs service. Didn't even get to the hair cut option. Ignore me, set a tone, no way I'm going to trust you with my hair. Sorry to see you go Great Clips.

Wait time was what they said. Checking in on line is great. Staff is very friendly and the stylist was good.

Absolutely terrible service, checked in on line and then waited another 25 minutes because of a lack of people working there and then walked out! I was not alone and was the 4th person to walk out. One stylist could not shut up and a haircut that should have taken 15 to 20 mins.took over 40 minutes. Unacceptable time. We will never go back!
