Normally have good experiences here, however I got a haircut here yesterday and the lady burned a line in to the back of my neck. When I called they pretty much said to bad nothing we can do. Would have been nice to get comped for next time at least. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Waiting 1 hour past appointment and then leaving to work on other customers making the wait longer. Then another day my hair cut was flat when supposed to be layered. Few ladies are good but a little disappointed. The place is always clean and tidie on the positive.

Took my 2 year old in this morning....one of the best hair cuts he has had! He sat on my lap and ate a lollipop, and got good hair cut. I'm sure most little boys are tricky to deal with but going early before it's busy definitely helped.
