Third time my son get bad haircut one at Gateway (102 ne and Halsey ). My son was crying all night before he go to school just one night of his school. He was upset and I asked Hairstylist if he have any ideals about can do something to me son . Actually Great clip start hiring people don’t have experience so why we pay more other barbers shop and more cheaper of the Great clips. It’s really Horrible how hairstyles said to me I have to pay twice if I don’t like the first . I already gave him style from the magazine but he don’t know how that goes . Don’t go there save your money and go to one you know him more best of this horrible barber shop.

Horrible experience! I asked for an A-line and when Yen the stylist couldn't do it she blamed my hair. Like WTH your the stylist make it work and they didn't even have the tools to style my hair like isn't this a hair salon?! My hair looks like an uneven bob and the back is randomly layered!

Marcos. Marcos is continually disgruntled and rude. He gave our youngster a haircut so bad we decided to drive back to have it fixed. Rather than fix it, Marcos told us how to cover up the mistakes with hair product (which we don't buy or use). Another woman was kind enough to fix it for us after she finished with another client. I went back a few weeks later and Marcos did my haircut. He was forceful and not gentle, and my wife told me my head was very red after the haircut. Days later, I'm still finding hairs that were not cut and are jumping out. He also was condescending/confrontational to another client who didn't provide his phone number (client stated they'd never been to a Great Clips, which Marcos made very clear he did not believe.) I don't know if this is enough for my family to stop going to this location - but it's enough for me to stop going.

Worst haircut place ever, been there 3rd time this year and never coming there again. They screwed up every time. I don’t know who trained them but they don’t know how to give haircuts. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Usually get my haircut here. Usually great. Ran out of hair product and went to stop in for more. Locked the door as soon as I walked up 5 minutes to closing. Told me it was 7 when it was 6:55. Would've been a 30 second transaction but screw me I guess.
