I had a guy there who did my hair. I walked in- no hello, until I said "Hi I have an apointment today." He then checked the screen and said "that would be me with me, follow me". It was a weird introduction. First impression of the place was ok. Then when I saw the seats at the front they were filthy. As I walked to the back to be seated all the staffs were on their cell phones, and the place was a mess and filthy, including the bathroom. Back to the my hair:
at first I liked it then I noticed an area where he screwed up. He shaved a chunk off a section and it really bothered me so I mentioned it to him and he tried to brush it off by saying "if I go home and wash my hair it will look just fine." The fact that he just washed my hair does not justify what he said and did! We both knew that it was so short and awkward that if he were to fix it he would have to shave my head bald on one side. There was no way of fixing it. The point is that he was not honest and was extremely unpolite in explaining what he did wrong and tried to make it seem like it was my hair's fault and that to "fix it" is as easy as just washing it! He also does not know how to cut hairs because as he was cutting my hair, he kept yanking and pulling my hairs as he used his scissors and texture scissors. I think he was craving his cigarrete so he didnt care how I felt, or what he was doing. He's still a novice and belongs to haircuttery, not Head Candy. Still I gave him 20 percent tips, not going back there again.
