Called them up to see if they had a certain hair treatment. Proceeded to over hear another woman say she was going to do the same for another but didnâ€™t feel like doing anymore after that. At 4pm. Mind you that I have my hair treatment last time done at 5. Right before Christmas, pure laziness.

Got highlights a few weeks ago. Had to go back 3 days later for the hairdresser to fix multiple mistakes and although it was an inconveince, was taken care of no problem. However, when I initially got my hair done, i chose to leave w wet hair (due to time). I was charged 15$ (unbeknownst to me) to have my hair dried at my second visit. Looking back, I never should have paid it. Won't be going back.

Those women do NOT straighten your hair good at all. If your hair is not naturally straight already u will be highly disappointed. And be prepared to wait forever in that place. I got there at 8:10am and they told me an hour after waiting that they won't be able to see me until 10:30 because they have 9am appts. That should've been the first thing they told me when i walked in since it was empty when I got there. No greetings or smiles. Nothing, plain rude....I won't ever be going there again. I'm a good tipper too. Their loss..

The people who work here are just really rude I've been going here once in a blue moon for a while and never liked the way they did my highlights but liked the hair cut and blow out so I just would go to get my hair cut and styled but after my last trip and being told my hair is mushy and too dry to be blown out even tho my hairs pretty healthy compared to most I'm just completely over the ignorant and lazy people that work here. Left this place unhappy most of the time
