I searched long and hard for a salon that looked like they had experience dealing with my textured hair as is and am delighted that I finally found Journey. I was in need of a hair cut and wanted no heat on my head and a stylist that wouldn't be daunted by my wild kinks and could but also wouldn't be super rough with them. I found a nice balance of stylists that obviously well versed with my curls and had my best interests in mind. Tackling it with care and expertise and with great communication so that there was no doubt we were on the same page with expectations for my hair. I would recommend this place to anyone as particular as I am about the treatment of their hair.

I recently visited Journey Hair salon to have a silk press. The staff is very friendly and answered all of my questions. Tomika (the owner) is very helpful and knowledgeable. I left her chair with healthy looking and feeling hair. Stephanie washed my hair with so care. I would most certainly recommend this salon.

Been looking for a good hair salon to go and my search is over. Journey hair salon is a great atmosphere and Ms.Tomika is a great stylist she would give you pointers on keeping your hair healthy and she does a awesome job making your hair flawless. I recommend anyone to her.

Tomika takes her time and tends to the needs and wants of her customers. If you want a stylist that will help you on your hair journey, Tomika is definitely the stylist you want.
