I have been a client for years well over 5 and I must say that my experience with the owner and staff has differed from that of the previous reviewer. The shop hasn’t been open a year and the strives Ms. Fisher and her staff have made to assist the clientele in a smooth transition have been remarkable. I am a person who likes to get in early and get out early, with that being said, the salon has always been open for my 7:30 am appointments. I have two daughters who also are serviced at the salon, who’s hair they have damaged on their own several times! Ms. Fisher always works wonders to get them back to a healthier glowing and flowing hair and gives them proper instructions for their personal hair care as well as proper nutrition. I have always been serviced on time and if I was at issue with anything it was addressed and resolved. My hair has always been kept healthy as long as (I) followed up with proper hair care and Maintenance. I have gone from long to short cut several times with multiple colors in my hair at once and no breakage has occurred that was the fault of Ms. Fisher. Appointment are confirmed through a email/text system at the time the appointment is made. Two days before the appointment you receive a reminder with confirmation. It is up to the client to respond. For a year I had weekly appointment and found this system VERY helpful as I had a very hectic schedule. Without the reminders I’m sure I would have accrued several no call no show fees. I have spent a lot of time and money in Ms. Fisher as a self-investment. If I felt Ms. Fisher wasn’t worth the time or distance I travel, and the look I like to maintain, I wouldn't be posting a review in fact I wouldn’t be a client.
