Couples package delight. I've had a number of massages and a few facials. This by far was the best. My massage was just deep and intense enough to give me longer lasting benefits. She recognized my issues and worked them slowly instead of forcefully. I am very impressed. We felt so good afterwards. The midtown location has a special perk-lunch in the bank vault.

I'm planning on going to Goulds exclusively for at least the next years. I never had a bad haircut call Mama and you can tell that the hair stylist really know what they're doing. Strong feeling of professionalism, friendliness, and the decor is stellar

I loved it here! I had received a facial from Stannett. She made my time there memorable. She is a great conversationalist and give great tips on skin care. I will definitely be going back!

From an employees standpoint , I think the staff and company presents their self friendly and clean , but in reality things are different. If you are young and African American I strongly urge you to reconsider applying for Gould’s Salon and Spa. I myself have attended a predominately Caucasian cosmetology school and have worked with various ethnicities. With that being said, I love all people , and I never like to pull the race card. But today I was terminated with no proper reason. When I visited David Gould , the owner of Gould’s Salon, he didn’t try to hear a word from me. I have pictures and evidence of Gould’s Poplar Plaza employees not following state board protocols. They receive 100 points on there state board visit but they have not thoroughly checked stylist station. I have pictures of the managers combs and station covered in old color build up and overlapping hairs from the coarse of hair services. That were reused on multiple clients. A review is not the time for me to tell you all stories of the many reasons you shouldn’t apply here but this is my review. And I thought it would help someone who was considering seeking employment here. They hire all races but are still extremely Prejudice

I really enjoyed myself . I felt welcomed as soon as I came in and was greeted. Richard was very nice and professional. he gave me a great massage and was very informative afterwards . Thumbs up to you all .
