Love my facials but after a 14.29% increase yesterday they will be spread out instead of every month! $70 to $80 is absurd! A note posted at the desk would be nice advising the customers “you are paying more today”!!! It’s a great opportunity to jack up the prices as it seems the thing to do! Consumers are being slammed in every direction so perhaps try to tighten your belt a bit!!! Unhappy

The Poplar Plaza location is trash! Worst experience I have ever had. Booked a Spa Day of Beauty in advance for today and was told to go to the WRONG location. Went to the location off Ridgeway as directed just to be told to go back to Highland from Midtown. Upon arrival I was told the massage would have to be scrapped completely and they could only do nails.. the lady at the front desk was not very accommodating either in the fact that she called the location I literally just came from to see if they could do the massage another day. I cannot believe a business claiming top quality and elite service treated a cusotmer so poorly! Don't waste your money here. RE-REVIEW UPDATE: I came to the downtown location after calling and booking myself; they thankfully totally redeemed themselves! Barbara was absolutely wonderful! My massage was the most relaxing and can't speak highly enough of her. Also, the spa coordinator for the downtown location was very thorough in her explanation of the new location as it is no longer in the Peabody Hotel. This was what my experience should have been from the beginning.

My experience was very pleasant and relaxing, what sweet and skill fulled students, they work with you and want to do a great job. I had a very nice experience while getting my Mani-pedi. Can't wait for my next one. Thank you

For the services, they are fairly good. The product lines are very good. I went here as a student, and I never saw or heard of anything bad happening, to a CLIENT. Curriculum wise, very good, I feel like I learned a lot when I went there, however I heard they already have a brand new staff, they haven't been opened for that long, so that should say something about the people there. The educators when I went there were fairly nice, and seemed liked they cared and would work with you personally if you ever needed help, we didnt have many students then though, and like I said, not the same staff. However, Ms. Otto, is still there and the Gould's brothers come in alot. Ms. Otto loves to play favorites, and tell you, I mean scream at you, infront of everyone if she thinks you're doing something wrong, if its cosmetology wise then you're probably right, she doesn't seem to have any knowledge about being a cosmetologist. But she will still get on to you about random things, random things you wont even know where she got them from, she wont know either but that doesn't mean she wont still do it. Also, she has screamed at people for not doing chores that weren't assigned to them. If you see her coming, its always best to run the other way. She likes to wear outrageous outfits not for someone her age and wears high heels resembling a hooker, an ancient hooker. She also loves the brozer, a little too much, but if you wanna get on her good side i suggest buying her some, in her preffered, orange like the sun, color. The Gould's brothers dont really care about their students, just that they're making money. If you go to them with a complaint don't think that anything will be done about it.
