HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WORK.... it's so many other shops where you can get better customer service and a BETTER QUALITY OF WORK. .... I have always had great experiences with African braid shops my first time using this place. I will NEVER return... they won't fix your hair and will threaten you with the police if you request a refund or a redo. I wish I could have given them no stars.

Honestly my hair looked great when they finished, but 1 1/2 weeks later it looks like I've had these crochet braids for months. They look horrible. I got the crochet braids & literally 8 of the 10 braids have come undone. I would expect this a month in, but 1 1/2 weeks, NO WAY! When I went back & told TaTa about the issue she suggested it was my fault. What in the world could I have done in that little time for my hair to look like I was a bait dog in a dog fight?!? This is a mess! An expensive mess, but a mess none the less!!!

2 days later and my hair is messed up and the lady is real snappy about it 1 if my braids is bigger than the other ididnt notice until ileft but thats ok never again
