Worse experience as far as customer service the is manager RUDE as Hell, slick by the mouth,and not very friendly. FYI if you have a baby make sure you leave him/her even though it’s not a sign stating no BABIES ALLOWED. I loved my hair but other than that they don’t even deserve 1 star🤷🏽‍♀️🖕🏾

I was not happy about my visit. I paid $75 for a silk press/ blowout with a trim. My new growth was not touched or flat ironed. I asked for it to be straight and when it was finished it was curled. I looked like James Brown. I had to go home & flat iron my hair afterwards and fix it. Will not be coming back again.

let me begin by saying when I visited this salon in October it was my First time getting my hair straightened in the 10 months I'd been completely natural and the first time in almost 2 years with a flat iron to my head. customer service was great and the facility was nice and clean. my issue that i am just now coming to terms with is 2 things. 1st, my hair is Thick, coarse and and I have a Lot of it. one worker told my straight up if i had been sitting in a different stylist chair, they would have turned me away. ehhh... my stylist also suggested "you should straighten it more often because it will loosen your curl pattern". although said in a nice tone, this is a shady and rude remark to make. WHY would I want to alter my curl pattern and why are you all promoting natural hair services and you can't handle all types of natural hair??? well... I washed my hair after 2 weeks and my hair along my front perimeter did Not revert. we all know how attached we can be to our hair and more than that our Progress.. and it's taken me every bit of 3 months to get over the Damage that was done to my hair after One straightening in my first year. all I want is healthy hair and they really set me back. needless to say, it appears they are only interested in styling certain "types" of hair. but that's a skill set problem and not the consumer.

Set an appointment which was available online. I arrive with no greeting to finally be told my appointment was cancelled without any knowledge to me. Did not feel as though the customer service was up to par nor me as a customer held any value to anyone on staff. Did not even try to set another appointment for me. I will no longer be supporting this business. Thoroughly disasstified.
