First I’ll start out by saying that this place is incredibly difficult to find. Located in the business complex off of West Street in Germantown, it’s already a pain to locate, but to make matters worse, there is no sign, and it isn’t even actually on the street. I had to park and walk around searching for it, as it was tucked away off on the farthest corner of the complex, and there is nothing from the outside that is indicative of it being a hair salon. Next, I have to say...the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. I found it to be boring, and the staff, aside from the stylist who did my hair, was too uppity for my taste. With all of that said, I must give praise where it’s due. My hair looks amazing, thanks to Zac. He did an amazing job, was super friendly and professional, and really knows his stuff when it comes to hair. The only reason I gave this salon the 3 stars that I did was because of him.
