Patient and take time explaining the differences in hair styles...Customer service is 10 of 10. I was real confused on what I wanted to get. I recommend asking questions and getting your hair done with Kadi and her team members.

It was only 1 person who knew hw to do fuax locks. I showed her the pic. Of the hairstyle several times but the end results were diff. 1st she didn't gv me triangle parts 2nd you could see the braids. I paid $350 for the hairstyle 3 days later it started unraveling. why idk but apparently they said it was my fault. How Idk. So they told me to come bk & they wldnt charge me to fix it.tht was an lie they charged an extra $100 & told me if it messes up again. They will not do my hair. Even though no hairstyle shldv been coming down in 3 days. The lady doing my hair had the worst attitude & was very rude. Im just being real. No harm no foul...

Visited the shop today to get tree braids. This is my second time getting my hair braided and I was a satisfied this time as I was the last time when I got box braids. Kadi is extremely pleasant. She and her sister braided my hair so fast and neat. I was out of there with a new look and the rest of my day ahead of me. Thanks ladies. I will be back!!

I took my daughter to get her hair braided to the scalp with the ends of the braids turned into twists. First of all, we showed up to the shop 10 minutes early and waited so that she'd be first. They open at 9am, however, no one will show up if you do not call them. I called and the lady showed up at 9:35. That was the warning sign right there. She charged me over $130 to braid her hair. To top it all, it wasn't even the complete style that I showed them and the hair didn't match. I couldn't see that until I got outside in the light. My daughter's hair is brown and she used black weave. I was just ready to leave and not come back. My daughter was just glad to get her some braids, but I knew better. I just tried not to ruin my baby's day. However, that very same evening, the braids started coming undone. The weave was sticking out because it was a half done job in the first place. It hadn't even been up for 2 weeks and I just decided to take the mess down. There have been so many people that do hair for much cheaper asking me whhhhhyyyyyyyyy when they saw her hair and all of them were extremely upset that this was done to a child. Avoid this place by all means. I will never ever return. They don't take pride in their work and just want to be paid for nothing.

Can't say whether or not their skills are good. Had an appointment and when I got there I waited for 2 hours. I called Mame's in Cordova and she told me to come and they would start. Needless to say I left. Never again! What a waste of my time.
