I've only been to Tutu twice, I was very satisfied with my twists then braids I got a couple years later. My head hurts almost two weeks though. That's why I don't go often.

My experience here was not so good. They spoke in their language over my head and damn spit was flying everywhere. I examined a young lady getting feed ins and she really would have done better going to the sisters in the hood. As for my braids they’re okay but I could see all my edges were not all included.

Amazing atmosphere! Very sweet ladies. I am in love with my hair!!! TuTu made me feel welcomed. Went in on a Sunday. My hair is so neat and very detailed. The young lady took her time and did an Amazing job. I set in the chair, she said " how do you want it?" I motioned to show her a picture and decided to let her freestyle my lemonade braids. I will be back. Wish I could give 10 🌟. I recommend TUTU HAIR BRAIDING.

I just want to make one thing clear. I love the way TuTu Braiding did my hair each and every time, I have to give them that I was very upset when I posted the review and I just wanted to say it was never about the way they braid, but it was just this one bad incident of poor customer service and I never received an apology.
