My first experience at this salon was not great. I was contacted by the owner after I posted a 3 star review. He apologized for my experience and wanted to make sure I ended up satisfied with my hair. I was able to go in and get my hair fixed. I went with another stylist and she was able to work some magic on my hair and gave me the result I originally went in for. Most businesses nowadays could care less, as long as they get their money. But the owner personally made sure that I ended up a happy customer. I will definitely be back! Thank you Kevin and Jessica!

I made an appointment with this salon several months before my wedding this past Saturday. Everything was planned out: run through appointment on Friday of hair and make up for me and then, my four bridesmaids and I would get hair and makeup done Saturday morning. I also got a quote for a certain amount that included all five of us and I was told I would NOT pay for the run through on Friday. I budgeted for that amount. I called a few months out and then a few weeks out just checking in and all was good to go. THREE DAYS before my wedding, I get a call that the girl that was supposed to do my hair was double booked and that someone else would do our hair and make up. I was ok seeing someone else until she said that there would be an increase of $15 for hair and then make up per person and I would get charged for Friday!!!! I was pretty frustrated but there was no way I could squeeze us in anywhere else since it was too late now. We arrived on Friday to the hair stylists taking selfies and doing their makeup at their stations. We were appalled at the unprofessionalism! They did a great job on my hair and make up that day, thankfully. We arrived Saturday morning early to get started. My hair and make up turned out great again but my poor bridesmaids received horrible makeup (all the same stuff when they all have different skin tones!). Their hair turned out beautiful though, thank goodness. We individually paid, even though I had originally planned to pay for all of my girls until the RIDICULOUS upcharge! My girls had to rush to the venue and fix the damage done to their makeup before getting dressed for pictures. I did not want to make a scene in front of other clients but I just wanted to share my disappoint in what was supposed to be the best day of my life.

Go see Julie! She does such a great job! I'm very picky when it comes to my hair & I've always loved it when she did it. She recently did my mother's hair too & she loved hers as well. She takes her time, but still isn't slow. She takes extra steps to make sure we get the color we are going for, when most hair stylists I've used haven't ever done that. My hair is really long yet she still took her time & took extra steps to make sure it was perfect & was just as excited to see the outcome as I was! I went from brown to mostly blonde & she made sure to do it in a way that was careful & wouldn't fry my hair, even if it took more time & effort for her. It looked way healthier & more shiny than it did before! Go see her! You won't regret it!
