By far the absolute worst cut I've ever gotten in 48 years. I'm done! The side of my head is cut way too short and no way to correct the big gouges cut in the sides until it grows out for at least 6 weeks. She's done this several times in the past. 4/2017 she cut it so short I didn't need a cut for 10 months. Mistakenly went back again to come out too short with gouges in the side of my head. Now having to let it grow out to get a correction trim. I've never gone to a salon where I didn't get a shampoo before they cut, (esp when I have product in my hair) until I started going here. All Cindy does is brush my hair and spray water on it. I've had to go in for corrections where she's missed spots by doing this. She's never styled my hair in the past and have to do it myself before leaving the salon. I had specifically asked her not to on this visit as I had been sick and didn't want to go it in the cold w wet hair and have it pressed down and glued flat to my head from my beanie. 1 and only time she's ever styled my hair then got mad when I had to towel it off and brush it out. I had gone in w my mother for this appointment and after I snapped on her she spun around and told her to never bring me back. Lol... Not to worry, I had already fired her but made her finish the cut (what little hair I had left to cut). She gossips about everyone constantly. She'll even stop cutting to gossip w someone across the room then come back to cut and idk where she is then. She'll start her own thing and not listen to what I want and cut too short. She gets mad when you try to stop her from cutting too much off then she'll brag about all the hair shows she goes to and she's been cutting hair for 20yrs but yet can't cut mine w/o shaving my head. Even had a pic of my hair as a reference and still cut it too short. One day she started her gossiping while cutting my mother's hair and cut it too short. Mom got a little trim to shape it up at 7wks but didn't need a cut for 14 wks. How do you stay in business if you keep cutting ppls hair too short to the point where they don't need a cut for months at a time? I'll never go back. Only started going to her bc of a referral and wanted someone closer to home but I guess it's back to Nashville I go. (I could probably go to a beauty school, ask for a new student and get a better cut)

Cindy is great! Obviously very good because she's had a world of training but her years of experience has taught her so much more than mere "Beauty School or Training ever could.
