Usually have a really good experience at this particular location. Mary is awesome as is Jamie. Most of them are, really. However, and this is uncomfortable to write (but people need to know), avoid Marcus. Super nice guy but it was easily the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I was on my way home and realized that I’m pretty sure he didn’t even cut the back of my hair.. at all. It’s easily the exact same length as it was when I walked in. So now I’m rocking a mullet. Good thing I’m in Tennessee.

Not only did the stylist send my husband home with a botched haircut, he also saw fit to mock my husband's motor tic disorder, commenting on his "twitch" and informing him that he moved his head too much. When my husband informed the stylist that he has a neurological condition, he proceeded to continue hacking away at his hair haphazardly, sending him away with a cut that was uneven all over. I'm disgusted that this "professional" did not take extra care to accommodate my husband's needs, and that he had to squander an additional hour of his day to go elsewhere and have a competent stylist clean up the mess this poor excuse for a stylist made. We will not be back.

Nice staffs and nice customer service... they are always did a great job with every one in our family.... cannot complain... love to go there better than any other Great clips around....
