LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have had two or three people here do my hair, all for different occasions and each time I have been over the moon. They have even fit me in last minute when I forgot that I needed my hair done for an event. I couldn’t be happier and as long as Shannon is running this location, I will go nowhere else!

81 friends 1 review 1.0 star rating 12/15/2017 I really wanted to love Blowout Co, and I booked an appointment for a special occasion - I have graduation and a Christmas party! My mom and I headed in and were greeted right away and offered beverages. I met my stylist, Brooke, and we started talking about what I was looking for. I showed her a photo from Yelp (the girl with the halo braid!) and said I loved her curls and the braid; I wanted something similar, that looks polished and uniform and most importantly LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL DID IT. I left with limp, straight hair - I could have done a better job. I paid, we left, and I tried to like it since we were on a time crunch. 20 minutes later, I called the Gulch location, and headed in for them to fix it. They re-curled my hair and it looks a little better, but they didn't do anything to compensate me for my experience. For reference, while I was in Belle Meade, a woman came in for a walk-in appointment and they weren't able to accommodate her. They sent her to the Gulch location and took $15 off of her service. Meanwhile, I received nothing, except a suggestion to not brush out my curls for a couple of hours. My experience was disappointing, not only because I paid for this service, but because these are special occasions; I wanted a stress-free morning and to treat myself and my mom to getting our hair done.

Came in late to my appointment and they found a way to still make my hair look great without a wash or blow dry.

I have started using The Blowout Co as a result of not being able to use my shoulder due to an injury. I bought a package deal and have been going once even up to two days a week. I have used many different stylists and have never been disappointed. It lasts nicely in between blowouts as well. I've seen everything from homecoming/prom/wedding to everyday.5+ Stars
