Worst place ever. There is just one person to serve, while there is always a huge wait. Supercuts need to utilize proper workforce. And not the best talent working here either. Truly disappointed.

When I went to Supercut I thought there was highly skilled professional barbers but the one that I want to own Donelson was a young man who did not know how to cut hair. When you have a different texture all graded hair you cut it a certain way. I asked his young man for a one and a half all the way around and he cuts my hair against the grain. My Edge or trim whatever you want to call it is totally messed up. I could have got my almost two-year-old daughter to do a better job than he did. I don't have nothing against all the Supercuts but this particular one, they need to train a Barber's more better.

Brandy was awesome!! She was a little quiet at first, but after talking to her it was like we knew each other ! She took the time to sit and talk to me to calm my nerves (I get nervous at salons due to previous experiences). She was sweet and personable and helped me a lot. Great experience I will be going back! 💙😁
