I always get my haircut here. The manager Gigi is the best. She is under staffed and has a bad knee so go easy on her but she talks with you to help make sure you get a great new haircut. A new guy cut my hair and he did an amazing job as well this place just keeps on impressing me as i get my hair done here.

I went in to get all over dye ( blonde) and left with it about 4 different shades. so i went in and they tried to fix it but then i ended up looking like i paid to get my roots to look like they needed to be touched up. I ended up having to go to a completely different salon $180 later and my hair looks better after having another salon fix Cost cutters in white houses mess up. The owner of the other salon wrote me a letter to provide proof that they did a unprofessional job ( in her words) I complained to the manager GIGI, i filled a complaint with the BBB, ive requested tons of phone calls back, ive written letters to regis corp, and I've call regis corp several times over the past month and NO ONE will return my call or reach out to me! i can not believe this company treats its customers so unprofessionally and does not care about customer satisfaction!
