I really hate to leave a bad review but I had an all around bad experience starting from entering the salon. Firstly,The hairstylist really needed to be trained in customer service. It took so long to have me signed in and to tell me where to sit.(Mind you, No one was in the shop at the time.) Nextly,The ladies at the check out counter seemed as though they didn't want to do my hair type, or know how to do multiethnic hair. They looked at me confused and seemed to have an attitude with me. I showed them a picture of the haircut I wanted and it didn't turn out like the picture at all. Huge disappointment!! She also stated I needed to spend $57 to achieve this look, which I was not going to pay that much for my hair. My hair doesn't require a lot so I know she just wanted to hike up my bill. When it came to my haircut she couldn't deliver the haircut I wanted. She cut a little more, and put molding and that helped but still wasn't what I wanted. I noticed my hair being extra dry the next day and the style just didn't hold. I am all around dissatisfied in this salon. I really wanted it to be a great experience, and to have a fabulous haircut. But that didn't happen and it was my birthday. I will not be returning, and will have to find a professional to fix my haircut.
