My usual amazing eyebrow lady is on maternity leave and I'm just giving this place 1 star because the eyebrow ladies love to leave early (sometimes hours) before they close. I recommend calling ahead if you want to be seen to ensure the stylist doesn't leave early. I literally arrived 1.5 hours before close and they asked me to come back the next day because the eyebrow lady was with a customer but then would be leaving early afterwards.

Cheapest salon near UT campus. Wednesday is the cheapest. $13 per haircut on Wednesday and $16 in other days. Nice people in the salon. Okay expertise.
