GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Trying to support black businesses I gave them a chance. They messed my appointment up twice. The work was rushed and came out horrible I had to pay to get it redone. Natasha was not only not remorseful but had the audacity to overcharge me! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The Braiders are inexperienced and Natasha is a liar and a thief with a horrible attitude! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND LIE TO YOU AND HARASS YOU!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

They overcharged me by more than double what I was quoted. The finished result for my daughters hair was horrible the parts were crooked the braids were uneven. They out right lied in my face. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!

I Love my new look! I had very long hair. I decided to cut it odd 😊. I booked with Natasha and went with a Bob Cut w/ wash and style. She did an amazing job. I could not be happier with my decision. Thank you so much❤️.

Went to get a silk press by Jasmine. She was very comforting and kind. My hair was absolutely beautiful 🥰 my only concern is the number of times the iron hit my roots. I have very thick and matted hair so perhaps it took more than one pass for my roots. Other than that I loved my hair and the salon. Thank you all for taking care of me.

I went this last Saturday to get short box braids and a hair trim and let me tell you I will be back for sure. My stylist Luis did so well communicating with me throughout the process and he was so polite and kind. He was also extremely gentle with my head and I am tender-headed. A lady who I assume owns the shop bought me a taco which was delicious 🌮. The environment and energy at Salon X Change is incredible it's such a fun atmosphere and I'll definitely be back.

I had locs for over 7 years, and I was ready for change! After I finished combing them down, I wasn't sure what to do with my hair. I came to see Jasmine, and she knew exactly what to do and what my hair needed! I walked out loving my new cut and silk press! Thank you Jasmine!!!

I've been going to this salon for over a year now and I cannot recommend this place enough! I have struggled to find a good hair salon that is both professional and provides quality services and Salon Xchange does both! I usually see Jasmine when I come for sew-in and maintenance. Her work is excellent. I've never had a problem with my sew-ins. She doesn't braid too tight and my sew-ins always last. She also helps to maintain my natural hair. She's extremely accommodating and can basically style you how you want. Oh and I love how I never have to wait when I see her! I've had a few silk presses as well. Both Natasha and Jasmine do great silk presses! I have 4c hair and my silk presses always last even with the humidity. Honestly, the best I've ever had. You won't be disappointed coming here!
