There's always a long waiting list. But 98% of them are online reservations so when you just walk in it looks like they aren't busy. A lot of the time these online place holders don't show up. Usually when I walk in they say it's over an hour wait and I usually leave. The last time they convinced me to stay. I waited for maybe 15 minutes and then got my hair cut. My biggest complaint is the people who log their place online should be on time or loose their place. People standing right there in the store did get priority. The last time I went there were 15 online people ahead of me and only one came in the entire time I was there waiting and getting my hair cut. Do not reserve your spot online if you aren't going to show up! It's very frustrating. I will say that I got a good cut.

Ok guys, cut is fine, but I was FIRST in line today - there right at 9 am, the stylist came out of bathroom so I decided to go (for about 1 min) before my cut- well they filled the chairs with the guys behind me- very unprofessional since I was their first- I work full time and have to fit in my appts which is why I get there first- not retired like the guys in the chairs that took my spot. I had to wait 20 additional minutes- So moral is, don’t go to the bathroom for any reason or you are going to lose your place in line-when I asked the receptionist why my spot was taken by 2 guys, she just shook her shoulders and didn’t say anything- very poor management.

I’d never been here before and decided to call an hour before I went in. I asked if they do walk ins and if it was a long wait. The girl told me that it was not busy at all and there is no wait. I asked if I should check in online and she said I shouldn’t have to. Once I got there I ended up waiting an hour just to get a trim.

I take my kiddo here for his haircuts and they do great with him. I'm always happy with the cut, and if I'm not they'll touch up whatever is bugging me before we leave. It is always busy, but if you check in online the wait is usually short.
