This was my first time going to Transformation and I loved it. Laura did amazing on my hair. She gave me exactly what I asked for. She even checked with me along the way to make sure it was the length I wanted. Thank you Laura and Transformation for the awesome service!

I've gone to transformation before with ciarra and haven't had any problems. Recently my daughter and I went for a cut. They ended up giving my daughter a condition treatment without asking me. I guess if my daughter was paying the bill then whatever but it was obvious that I was. During the treatment it was made known to the stylest doing my daughters hair that a $30 conditioning treatment wasn't ordered. I guess i was expecting at least a " im sorry", but i got nothing except the bill. If this hair salon is just going to do whatever they want to their customers regardless of if it's ordered or not then maybe me and my family need to find another place to go. Ps i guess ciarra decided to go to a better place because she doesn't work there anymore. Update: I want to thank you for apologizing and making everything right. I can say that Laura did a fantastic job regardless of the situation.

My hair is very thick and heavy which can make it difficult to get a good cut. I've had my hair cut at cheap walk-in places and a few expensive salons but always walk out with the same blandly cut hair or it only looked good the day it was styled by the professional. When I went to Transformation it was to cut waist length hair for a charity donation. We talked about what I wanted and I left with a cute below the chin length cut that was easy to deal with at home even though I am useless at styling. I have returned several times and have been happy with my hair. Even though I usually go months without any maintenance trims the cuts have still looked good while growing out.
