Don’t recommend. Checked in and said I was there for just a shampoo and blow dry which seemed to confuse the stylist checking me in. Not sure what’s confusing about that. She said “I’ll have her do it” and pointed to some other stylist and made her way to the back. The stylist she lazily assigned to it asked a question about what I wanted to which she responded “I don’t know.” So I had to clarify as I was picked up. It all seemed really organized clearly. The stylist I had was a very sweet girl which good intentions for my experience, let me just say. I don’t blame her for this bad review. With the basic shampoo blow dry (I guess?) that comes with the stylist not touching a brush while they’re blow drying. Round brush as I’m told is $5 extra. So this just includes running their fingers through. So being a curly-haired girl, I can’t leave my hair like that or I look like a poodle who went jumping on a trampoline in the rain. So when I realized that, I said “hey how much was the wash?” “$5!” “Okay I’ll go ahead and pay the additional if it means you can at least use a brush while blow drying so I can go somewhere after this and not look so crazy.” She then replied “Okay no problem! And I’ll just charge you the basic $25 so it’s not too expensive”. Trying to be nice because she could tell this whole thing wasn’t what I thought. This math still seemed a little off but I didn’t question it because hey $25 for wash and blow dry is still not crazy. Now keep in mind this was not a blow out, it just was less frizzy than it was so still nothing impressive but it would work. Then I go to check out. She rings me up and manager is doing something with the product shelf beside her. “That’ll be $30!” So now even a little bit more but the quick math in my head said “okay maybe the shampoo and $25 she quoted me were two different things. 5+25=$30. Fine. Still felt a bit unorganized but I’m not one to throw a fit about $5. So I go to scan my card. Manager pipes in “her style is actually $35 because her hair is long.” My hair is below shoulders barely. It’s not even armpit length. Now I’m annoyed so I say “okay so now we’re up to $40? I just want to clarify an understanding for next time because this is now much more than I thought.” Manager gets an obvious not even trying to hide it attitude with me about how My hair is considered long and she’ll honor it because it was “her” (stylist) fault if she quoted me wrong and if I come back again don’t expect that same price while the poor stylist is cowering like a puppy and repeatedly apologizing behind the counter. Lesson learned, lady. As long as your store is this unorganized, your stylists are this unfamiliar with pricing and blow drying and you have this bad of an attitude towards customers, I won’t be back anyways.

Over all the place isn't that bad,but it's isn't the best.my main issues was with the man that cut my hair.somone who was 12 bottles deep in vodka could follow directions better then he did.

This place has really gone downhill. You hardly ever see the same stylists. And my last 3 cuts have just been terrible. I am done with this place. Go somewhere else
