I had an appointment to color and cut my hair. I was told the person did not show up for work, but they would work me in anyway. The lady that did my hair kept dropping items, flipped hair with product into my eye and that was only the beginning. When it came time to clean my face she used hand sanitizer which dries out the face on my already sensitive face. She then followed it up with washing out the hair dye with hot water that splashed so hard it went into closed eyes. When she sent me back to the chair my hair was dripping wet. Another person was kind enough to get me another towel. She proceeded to comb out my hair pulling so hard I actually let out an "agh" and she asked if it was too hard. Need less to say I will not be going back to her.

I decided to give them a chance to cut my hair since I was having my oil changed. The owner was there that day and the person cutting my hair complained the entire time about the dress code. I showed her a picture of the cut that I wanted and she proceeded to give me three layers. No one gets three layers! My hair looked like Joe Dirt's from the movie. She cut one side shorter than the other and now four months later it has still not all grown out. I have been living with my nightmare haircut that was so bad that another trip to a better salon could not even fix it.

Every time I come in, I have wonderful experiences the ladies are extremely nice especially an employee named chasity. She does wonders to my hair and makes it look better than before I highly recommend everyone to go to her. Keep up the good work

The past 2 times my husband has been to this location he got the same new girl who can't cut hair to save her life! Last time she left it to long and uneven this time to short and uneven! Plus she's slow! The lady who rang him up gave him a discount because she cut it to short (and my husband won't complain) needless to say he won't go back to this location!
