I made an appointment on a Saturday, it was the week before I went on a trip and I wanted my hair to look nice for pictures, seeing family, etc.
They were really short staffed; I had two different stylists over the course of three hours and people who came in after me got helped before me.
I asked for a 4-inch trim (to get rid of my split ends) and an ombre balayage. It would have been worth the wait and disorganization if my hair turned out amazing, but I still came out with split ends (because the girl only spent about 7 minutes cutting my hair while helping other guests, and another stylists kept asking her to do other things instead once she had started cutting) and even though I specifically asked for the tips of my hair not to be blonde because it would be too light for my skin tone, it came out blonde anyway.
My stylist reminded me at the end to come back in in a few weeks for more toner or the color would fade to a reddish-brown, but that's what I wanted in the first place. I had brought in pictures to make sure it got done correctly, but it wasn't.
She also quoted me at the beginning and asked if the price was okay, maybe because I look young, but then the total changed when I paid out. It was $50 more than what she quoted me, and I used a $20 first-time customer coupon on it, which basically just covered the tip and didn't actually help with the payment. What's the point in quoting me before we start if it's going to go up 20% after we're done?
I will not be returning or recommending.
