Don't believe all the negative reviews. I went today and had a really great experience. Victoria was very friendly and professional and left me with a high quality cut and style. I was helped promptly when I entered because luckily it was not very busy. I have confidence that they know what they're doing and will offer you the kind of quality you'd expect for what you pay here. My hair looks and feels great.

I paid 252 and my hair looks like garbage.. didn't even get my hair styled. Maybe because she knew it's all uneven. My hair is harder than cardboard! My first time trying something new. NEVER AGAIN.. She didn't even take the paint off my face.Their worried more about commission not the client. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I spent sooo much money like I said in my review they left me like a carrot!! I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Before picture is on the left. The right is the after....the after I got done at Atelier salon!! I highly recommend there! Horrible service don’t go!!

Go to kitty tarias to do your hair. She's nice and does a great job. She even stayed open late for me on Halloween to finish my hair. And I actually got a ton of compliments on my hair afterwards which never used to happen. Kitty does great highlights!!!!

Horrible. Took FOUR visits to make my hair remotely blonde (I have since consulted with an upper end salon and they told me absolutely no reason they should not have done it correctly the 1st time). I went from brown to blonde and I just kept getting orange and yellow. The manager canceled his appts with me two times--once sick and the other being out of town (I specifically scheduled the time with him that I was off and getting paid--he tried to blame someone else for scheduling wrong but he is the one that scheduled). I called the corporate number listed on the web and someone was supposed to call me back within two days but no one did. Over $300 and four visits later no one ever got my hair right. STAY FAR AWAY. I will be working to get the word out.
