It's a great experience all around! My hair color was just what I wanted and I couldn't find the shade anywhere else (I wanted to be ginger really badly for years) and my hair itself came out perfectly - not just the color, but the cut (which evened out a bad job by a different place and removed dead ends) and the health of my hair after a deep conditioning. The ambiance is nice and you can really chat with the estheticians. They play great music. For Groupon, don't buy it - just walk in and show them it on your phone. They'll also give you complimentary wine during your treatment. The color stayed vibrant (just got roots) exceptionally long due to products I got at the salon - joico kpak and iridium red shampoo - all the way from November to February! It was unbelievable. My hair is in great shape.
